Went to see Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind last night at last, and it was even better than I'd expected. It's a perfect mix of all things bittersweet, fragile, funny and melancholy that pushed all the right buttons. Miles better than Adaptation, too.

I'm now listening to the new Troubleman (aka Mark Pritchard) album, which is totally wonderful. Think bossanova-laced soul with pulsing beats and beautiful female vocals - the perfect soundtrack for spring. We went to see Mark DJ at Eyes Down on Saturday, and he was brilliant - I highly recommend checking him out if he's appearing near you. He's in Brighton on the 15th, Fabric/London on 19th May and will also be appearing at the Big Chill in August. Which, I hope, we'll be going to as well.

This cd has made us really want our new music toys to arrive though... eeeek!
